What Would Love Do?

Isn’t it lovely when you feel uplifted, great and full of energy? It is not always like this though. We find ourselves doing all sorts of activities and gestures to get to this great feeling of love and happiness. Maybe we can try and create this feeling of upliftment for others and in return we feel their happiness. We can also, in our interaction with others, interact with love. Love is explained as complex. A mix of emotions, behaviours and beliefs associated with strong feelings of affection, protectiveness, warmth, and respect for another person. Certain aspects of life are quite challenging, but what if we could get through it by always considering “what would love do?”

What would love do? This question was posed to me in a conversation I had with a wise and caring person that is very dear to my heart. I try and remember this simple yet pivotal  question every time I react to matters of life. When faced with life’s challenges ask yourself “what would love do?”  Allow love to calm you and connect with your inner wisdom and settle into this warm embrace of joy and happiness.

What would love do?

Love would remain beautiful and surpass ugliness when it threatens to raise its head

Love would react with calmness even when a storm is threatening

Love would be fair and will always replace dishonesty and deceitfulness

Love would remain caring and warm-hearted even on a cold blustery night

Love would be happy for other’s joy, growth and achievements

Love would comfort in a time of sorrow and sadness

There is so much more to what love would do because love is never-ending. Comment and share your thoughts on  “what would love do?”

I believe in God, love and life! Married to my friend, mentor and rock. We have been blessed with two beautiful girls. My personal journey provides opportunities for me to empower individuals to lead better lives. I have had a real desire to work with people for a long time and have always been fascinated with human behaviour and understanding how the mind works.
I love the following quote by H. Jackson Brown, Jr. “Remember that children, marriages and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get”
