BTS Quote J-Hope
“Even when this rain stops, when clouds go away, I stand here, just the same.”
A year ago it would have been unimaginable, our world we found ourselves in. We were forced to face a number of challenges. So if you are reflecting on the year that was or contemplating the year to come, how do you approach the “what next?” For me, the “what next” is to live life and hopefully follow the “mantra” of my blogs “Finding Inspiration in the Gifts of Life” I know that it is a crucial year to rebuild and that I have to continue finding the inspiration to do just that. I find myself uplifted in the good that others do and it’s so much easier to also follow and contribute to the positivity of life in general.
I’ve read a number of blogs. Some I have found extremely interesting, other blogs brought about great motivation. Then there were blogs that helped with uplifting my spirits, some were informative, and I found myself learning so much. I also enjoyed reading blogs for recreational purposes and this also brought about therapeutic relief for my soul. I’m hoping to inspire and motivate others, but I also benefit through my writing. I do feel sometimes that I want to explode, but I’m thankful that I can get a grip of myself and bring my feelings under control (okay, most days I manage to get it under control).
It is important not to feel emotionally and physically bottled up. It can lead to an outburst that can compromise our health and our sense of overall happiness. Therefore, it’s important to consistently make good decisions in a crisis. I know that with the uncertainty it’s very hard indeed.
Lockdown taught me vital lessons and it highlighted for me the need to maintain an open mindset. I hope to continue to live life, be generous, kind and contribute positively by making a difference to this world that we find ourselves in.

I love this group thanks to my daughter of course who is an Army;), and J-Hope is such a sunny boy ….
Your article is inspiring and positive, this covid asks us to work on “acceptance”, and we were totally unprepared for it.
Good evening to you and thank you

Thank you for sharing!!.. if I new what tomorrow would bring there would be no reason to get up in the morning… sooooo, I wake up every morning and I continue to follow my dream with a open mind and heart and, thanks to technology, I get to share thoughts and life with wonderful people like you… 🙂
Until we meet again..
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life’s passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!

I love the old “Irish Saying”. It says so much with a few lines of poetry. Think of all who have pondered the words through the years. Beautiful!

Your tag line is very inspirational “Finding Inspiration in the Gifts of Life”… so true and some times we don’t see the Gifts or we see them in retrospect. I like your thoughts on being uplifting.. Inspiring and motivational… And also your thoughts on being real and not bottling things up. It’s the balancing of both which is the challenge. I find it challenging to share my vulnerability (how much or how little) I therefore feel like a work in progress. 😅😅 Thank you 💞

We are all a work in progress. When we have finished with that progress, we will have arrived at our eternal home. It is a lifelong journey.

You have eloquently reminded all of us, our blogging impacts others in various ways — hopefully good ways — but, if we are honest, there will be times when no matter how tactfully we are able to say something, it will not always have good responses. I admire your writing and appreciate you supporting mine. Through our writing, we grow more than we know sometimes. Take Care and Be Safe! 💞💖

Thank you so much for your kind response. 🌸💕 I’m prompted to leave you with the following from Ecclesiastes 9:10
‘Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might…’

Yes, Maam! Once we put our hand to the plow, we should never turn back, (Luke 9:62); and whatever we take to do, we should do it with all of our being (Revelation 3:16).
