Holding onto right or wrong as no middle can be chosen
Dichotomous thinking, black and white, best and worst
Life experiences bringing on fight or flight
Irrational thinking, leading to war forgetting about peace
Hope forever blighted, feeling defeated
Seeing things, as either perfect or failure
Feeling bitter, disappointed and frustrated
Finding it hard to sustain life at those extremes
Time to choose the opposite of dichotomy
Reframing so needed, stop jumping to extremes
Embrace a new outlook by accepting, agreement and harmony
PEACE

Hi, thank you so much. My About Me page reads:
βI believe in God, love and life! Married to my friend, mentor and rock. We have been blessed with two beautiful girls. My personal journey provides opportunities for me to empower individuals to lead better lives. I have had a real desire to work with people for a long time and have always been fascinated with human behaviour and understanding how the mind works.
I love the following quote by H. Jackson Brown, Jr. βRemember that children, marriages and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they getβ

Dearest Henrietta, such a lovely poem and I love the message. They have so much to learn as a society donβt we? Also I love the photos you chose to highlight. I hope that you and your family are all well and feeling blessed. I am with my family in Washington state right now and visiting with my little grand children. They need lots of extended family right now after what happened, we want them to feel really safe. Sending much love and many blessings to you always my friend.β€οΈπ¦

Yes it’s hard to find that balance of the middle ground… But in the tension between all parts is where one finds balance… Quite challenging! Thank you for your lovely poem.

You have such inspirational poems Henrietta π. The words that were highlighted in your poem were ‘hope’, ‘harmony’ and ‘peace’ … wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could as humans could achieve that!

Thank you for sharing your wonderful words and thoughts!.. hopefully, with today’s technology we can all learn more about each other and work together to get rid of the prejudice, hate and conflict and build a better world… π
Until we meet again..
May you always be blessed
with walls for the wind,
a roof for the rain,
a warm cup of tea by the fire,
laughter to cheer you,
those you love near you,
and all that your heart might desire.
